John and Martha Mugg Memorial Scholarship Fund
Established by Judy Mugg to honor her parents, John and Martha, who were longtime residents of Bluffton, Indiana. John was a board member of the Wells County Community Foundation and this fund annually provide funds to Wells County Community Foundation to be awarded as scholarships.
