Created by Charlottanne (Anne) Hosier to fund charitable organizations and programs that were important to Anne and her husband, Jack. Jack and Anne were long-time residents of Leesburg. Jack was a pharmacist and a U.S. Navy veteran. Together, Jack and Anne opened Hosier Pharmacy and H.P. Drugette in the 1960s and 1970s.
