Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana was established in 1944 and in 2006 expanded the service area to include Kosciusko County. Cancer Services’ mission is to enhance the quality of life of those affected by cancer by providing meaningful resources, information and compassionate assistance. Each year our Client Advocates serve nearly 300 Kosciusko County residents with cancer as well as their families. Because of the generosity of donors, most of the services are provided at no cost.
Established with the transfer of a trust from a bank to the Community Foundation. Grants from this fund will support charitable organizations engaged in medical investigation, research or treatment.
Established by Ethel Vandermark to help families in medical crisis.
Established by an anonymous donor to provide ongoing support to Heartline Pregnancy Center.
Provides Heartline Pregnancy Center with a consistent stream of revenue to support the BABE program.
Established by Jody Claypool to provide support for the design, creation, production, and distribution of prosthetic hands for children.
Established by the Warsaw 802 Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks in memory of their longtime member, Jimmy Baker. The fund will help needy individuals with assistance for their treatment of diabetes.
Provides an annual stream of revenue to Joe’s Kids as they serve children with therapies including speech, physical, and occupational therapy in order to help them reach their full potential.
Established by anonymous donors to provide support for programs and projects assisting individuals or families affected by drug or alcohol addiction.
Established by Boyd and Jane Wear to support organizations that improve the total quality of life for families of persons with severe mental illness through education, support, improved community services and advocacy.

Created by Virgil Wise to provide financial assistance to children who have need of financial assistance as a result of an injury, disease or medical condition, giving preference to those children who suffer from scoliosis, cleft palate and other diseases or disabilities of a similar nature.
Established through a gift from the Bertsch Family Charitable Trust to provide health related services to low income men from Kosciusko County seeking information, education, counseling, and other medical services relating to contraception that they otherwise could not afford.
