Established by Eric Schaekel and Ben Christoffel in memory of Andy Kryder to provide scholarships to graduates of Wawasee High School with preference to graduating seniors who participated on the Varsity Swim Team or who are pursuing the study of business.

Established in memory of Brendyn Ryan Stump, son of Cy Stump and Kristie Culp. Brendyn was a Sophomore at Tippecanoe Valley High School where he excelled in academics and athletics – enjoying both basketball and baseball. After Brendyn tragically passed away as a result of injuries suffered in an automobile accident, his many friends and the community-at-large demonstrated their love for Brendyn in numerous ways. The establishment of this scholarship fund serves as another way to remember and honor Brendyn. The scholarship will assist Tippecanoe Valley High School seniors who have participated in high school athletics and who demonstrate excellent character and financial need with pursuing their college, university, or vocational education.

Designated Fund | Education

Established by Ford Chinworth to provide support to Warsaw Community High School (WCHS) to pay for the engraving of a plaque maintained at WCHS that recognizes students who are awarded the Chinworth Award established in 1953 by Ford’s parents, the late William and Louese Chinworth, and to provide a recognition piece to each year’s student recipient of the Chinworth Award.

Scholarship Fund | Education

Established by Linda Stookey, Eric Stookey and Lisa McAdam to provide support for educational scholarships. Specifically, this fund supports Wawasee High School graduates who attend a public or private institution, or vocational, technical or trade school. David Stookey was a longtime, well-loved cross country and track coach at Wawasee High School. His wife, Linda, and his children, Eric and Lisa, created this fund to celebrate his life and perpetuate his legacy.

Scholarship Fund | Education

Established by the Estate of Charles David Reinhart for educational scholarships. Specifically, this fund supports graduating high school seniors from Pierceton or Washington Township in Kosciusko County. The scholarship is for students pursuing a degree in education, or electrical, electronic or digital technology – career paths which reflect the interests of both Dave and Diana Reinhart. Dave Reinhart was a self-taught electronics technician and life-long innovator and entrepreneur. Diana held a master’s degree in Elementary Education and taught at Pierceton Elementary School.

Established by anonymous donors in honor of Pamela Schumm, a teacher at Wawasee High School for 41 years. The fund will support the work of the teachers in Wawasee’s Biology Department, with special consideration given to the work of new or newer teachers of Biology.

Rick is a graduate of Warsaw Community High School, is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in spinal surgery, and is the President of Indiana Spine Group. Together, Rick and April have generously supported many charitable projects in Indiana, including in Warsaw and Winona Lake.
