Winona Lake Parks, Trails and Recreation Endowment Fund
Established by Suzanne M. Light to provide support to the Town of Winona Lake to support the annual maintenance of, improvements to, and program support of parks, trails and recreation centers in Winona Lake, Indiana at the discretion of the Winona Lake Town Council.
