Phillip D. Hochstetler Scholarship Fund
Established by the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department to honor Phillip Hochstetler, a detective killed in the line of duty. Scholarships from this fund are awarded to Kosciusko County graduating seniors planning to attend college to study criminal justice.
