Herman Frauhiger Memorial Community Fund
Created by Donna Keough in memory of her father, Herman Frauhiger. Mr. Frauhiger had a humble beginning but became a successful businessman and property manager in the Warsaw area. The gift that established this fund was matched by Lilly Endowment Inc. as part of their GIFT VI matching initiative.
